Ordering and Delivery

UK first class delivery - £1.25
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95 - order by 1pm.

Europe - £5.50
Rest of World - £6.50
Stock items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.  If an item is not in stock it will usually be dispatched within 3-7 days of ordering. 

We will endeavour to deliver all goods within 5-7 working days provided there are no problems with payment clearance or stock, and in all eventualities within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed). If we cannot deliver within this time you will be notified immediately and, with your agreement, we will arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will fully refund your order. 

Goods are sent by recorded mail, and will have to be signed for on receipt.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.  No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

Please examine goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition.

Delivery charges are per order.

Your goods will be delivered with a £ Sterling receipt for goods purchased.
